The Brass Monkey

More upscale than most of the bars on this list, the Brass Monkey nonetheless made the cut. The Upstairs Bar provides one of the best views of sunsets in Pass-a-Grille. The Brass Monkey was also one of the drinking holes of the (in)famous Pass-a-Grille residents, Evander Preston. The bar carried his personal beer, Evander Beer and he could be found, before his death,  occasionally watching the water and drinking a beer at the bar.
